On behalf of the Stress, Trauma, Anxiety and Resilience Society we welcome you to the 42nd STAR conference!
The conference is an opportunity to present and share findings, ideas and innovations from multidisciplinary perspectives on stress, anxiety and coping.
The STAR is a multidisciplinary, international organization of researchers who share an interest in problems of stress, anxiety and coping. Its members, from more than 35 countries, meet annually to exchange research findings and clinical applications on a wide range of stress and anxiety related phenomena.
The conference theme this year is Coping in a Stressful, Changing World. The theme emphasizes our ability to cope in the face of an ever-changing world and the stressors that occur within different macro-, meso-, and micro-contexts.
The conference is the natural meeting place for researchers and professionals engaged in various scientific inquiries relating to stress, anxiety and coping matters; whether in biological science, medical and health sciences, social sciences, in the humanities or in human services, or the education system. The main track of the conference includes sessions on multidisciplinary aspects of stress, anxiety, and coping and serve as a great opportunity to share research and clinical findings in an international forum. This is an ideal place where we can meet and learn from each other.
We look forward to meeting you online, on 7-8 July 2021.
